Neutrality and Nonalignment: Neutrality and Art – The Art of Independence
The Art and Neutrality panel at the recent “Friends with Enemies: Neutrality and Nonalignment Then and Now” conference featured readings by authors and poets as well as music, highlighting the work of artists from nonaligned countries. The panel included authors: Gerda Sengstbratl (Austria), Josef Winkler (Austria), Sarita Jenamani (India), Tarek Eltayeb (Egypt), and Mitra Shahmoradi (Iran) as well as musician Hamid-Reza Odjaghi (Iran)
